At Active Athlete Shop we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure you have a positive experience with our store. Please read the returns and refund guidelines below:

Return Policy:

1. Returns period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Conditions for returns:

   • The product must be in new condition, unused and in the original packaging.
   • The product must be returned with all associated accessories and documentation.

3. Returns process:

   • Please contact our customer service team to request a return and receive instructions on how to return the product.
   • Make sure you complete the returns form and include it with your return shipment.

4. Shipping costs: The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 business days.

2. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Shipping costs refund: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the returned product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exceptions:

• Special orders, personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

• Returned products that do not meet our return policy may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
